First of all, we need to understand that what is supplement so let’s make it simple and Supplement as the name says a thing added to something else in order to complete or enhance it. As far as Fitness goals are concerned now days supplement plays a very important role in our life because of today as you know the quality of food is diminishing day by day and you can’t expect a good quality food near you and with the food only, you can’t complete our full requirement of the macros and micros practically so there comes the role of supplementation.

Different kinds of training require different kinds of nutrition in order to perform to the optimum level for example after a heavy resistance training body requires a different kind of nutrition as compared to a person running a marathon.

Branched Chain Amino Acids

Glutamine is a non-essential naturally occurring among acid found within the muscle cell. During prolonged exercise, proteins are used as a fuel source for muscle contractions. Amino acids such as glutamine are used as precursors for gluconeogenesis in the formation of glycogen.
